Terms of Service

Overview

Benson Studio is a trading brand operated by Eternia services s.r.o., IČO 02748801, with its registered office at Seifertova 1021/19, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 223297. Eternia services s.r.o. is the legal provider of the services offered through Benson Studio.

These terms cover website design and online store services provided by Benson Studio. By booking a project, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are a guide, including any total produced by the quote builder. Every project receives a precise quote before any work begins, based on what it actually needs. That quote is what applies, not the listed guide price.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are invoiced upfront or in agreed stages, before work starts and before the finished site goes live. Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Project process

Work begins once a quote is accepted and, where required, a deposit is paid. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide content, feedback and approvals, so delays on your side may push back the launch date.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed at the quote stage. Requests significantly beyond the original brief may be treated as a separate, additional piece of work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the text, images and other content needed for your site, and for making sure you have the rights to use anything you supply.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the finished website design passes to you. Benson Studio retains the right to showcase the completed work in its own portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Sites may rely on third-party platforms such as your store, hosting and domain providers. These carry their own separate terms and fees, which are your responsibility once the project is handed over.

Hosting plans

Hosting is a separate monthly service covering the items listed against each plan on the pricing page. They renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled at any time; work outside a plan's scope is quoted separately.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project part-way through, you will be invoiced for work already completed. Deposits already paid for work not yet started may be refunded at Benson Studio's discretion.

Liability

Benson Studio delivers work with reasonable care and skill, but is not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages, or issues arising from content or changes made by you or anyone else after handover.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Terms may be updated occasionally; the current version is always the one published on this page.
